Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP Logistics, Warehouse Management, and SAP ECC to lead SAP implementation, enhancement, integration, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management capabilities combined with hands-on functional understanding of SAP logistics processes.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Provide functional leadership across SAP Logistics processes including MM, SD, WM/EWM, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Logistics Execution.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Manage SAP ECC environments and support integration with other SAP and non-SAP applications.
  • Oversee warehouse management and inventory-related processes, including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, putaway, stock movements, and inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, integration, testing, and business teams.
  • Manage system integration, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support activities.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Conduct project status meetings and provide regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage vendors, implementation partners, and offshore/onshore teams.
Required Skills
  • 12+ years of SAP experience, including significant SAP Project Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Logistics and supply chain business processes.
  • Good functional understanding of SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, Inventory Management, and Logistics Execution.
  • Experience working with SAP ECC; exposure to SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory management processes.
  • Experience managing SAP integrations with third-party systems, MES, WMS, or other enterprise applications.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP project methodologies, SDLC, testing, cutover, and deployment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and geographically distributed teams.
