Controller

Contr oller Responsibilities

• Partner with the President to improve financial performance and provide analysis for business decisions, projects, and investments
• Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, benefits, cash contr ols, and financial records
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, financial reporting, audits, and analysis for leadership and the parent company
• Maintain internal contr ols, ISO 9001 compliance, banking relationships, vendor accounts, and overall financial accuracy

Required Skills && Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in similar Contr oller, Accounting, Financial role
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm
• Experience using manufacturing planning and reporting software systems

Preferred Skills && Experience
