The Role

• Develop and manage robust procurement strategies for major, long-term investment programmes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and liabilities within procurement and contract strategies.

• Provide expert commercial and supply chain support to delivery programmes.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in supply chain/commercial roles within the infrastructure and construction industry, with a focus on major project procurement.
• Demonstrated experience leading procurements based on specifications, particularly for design and subsequent manufacture or build.
• Solid understanding of business and procurement approaches, techniques, processes, policy, and strategy.
• Experience in contract and supplier performance management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external professional partners.
