Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables while ensuring project goals are achieved on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines.

  • Coordinate project teams and assign responsibilities.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

  • Manage project scope, risks, issues, and corrective actions.

  • Communicate with stakeholders, project sponsors, and team members.

  • Track project performance and prepare status reports.

  • Manage resources and resolve project-related challenges.

  • Ensure project quality and compliance with established standards.

  • Follow project management methodologies and best practices.

  • Provide overall direction and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage complex projects independently.

  • Experience coordinating teams and managing stakeholders.

  • PMP certification or other relevant project management certification is preferred.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing IT or technology projects.

  • Knowledge of PMI project management practices.

  • Experience with project management tools and reporting.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
