Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Principal Marketing Project Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Spring, TX.
Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end project management for commercial media campaigns, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, approvals, dependencies, and launch requirements are achieved on schedule
* Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, trackers, dashboards, status reports, and communication frameworks
* Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across marketing, media, creative, category, retail, alliance, analytics, legal, finance, and agency teams
* Manage campaign intake, briefing, planning, execution, review, approvals, launch readiness, and post-launch tracking activities
* Establish and manage campaign governance, including ownership models, approval workflows, escalation paths, and decision checkpoints
* Serve as the subject matter expert for alliance-driven marketing execution, with strong understanding of Microsoft, Intel, and AMD alliance processes, funding requirements, approval workflows, and co-marketing compliance requirements
* Manage all alliance-related tracking requirements, including partner IDs, project IDs, Creative approvals, UX approvals, and associated documentation
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, resource constraints, and process gaps before they impact launch timelines
* Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, project reviews, working sessions, and executive status updates
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field
* PMP, Agile, PROSCI, or related certification preferred
* 8+ years of experience managing complex marketing programs, integrated campaigns, media operations, or large-scale cross-functional initiatives
* Demonstrated experience operating at a Senior or Principal Project Manager level
* Proven success managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
* Experience with alliance marketing and partner-funded programs, preferably with Microsoft, Intel, and AMD
* Experience developing scalable operating models, governance structures, playbooks, and process improvements
* Strong background working with agencies, creative teams, media teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership
* Technology industry experience is highly preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
