The Role

• Assemble steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage switchgear (air and gas-insulated).
• Install high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems, including mounting hardware such as high-voltage clamps, and suspension and support insulators.
• Perform installation and dismantling of screwed and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable mounting, including cable pulling.
• Review and mark up plan documents with changes.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith, metal builder, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in locksmithing, preferably from construction, mechanical and plant engineering, energy technology, or the metal processing industry.
• Ideally, experience working safely with electrical installations.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to project sites with your own vehicle.
• Readiness for regular on-site assignments throughout Northeast Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work style.
