• *The Role**
• Assemble steel structures in medium, high, and ultra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV).
• Install high and medium voltage equipment and electrical systems.
• Mount assembly materials such as high-voltage clamps and insulators.
• Perform assembly and disassembly of bolted and crimped connections, including pipe and cable installation.
• Update project documentation based on site revisions.

• *What You'll Need**
• Completed vocational training in a metalworking trade (e.g., Metalworker, Industrial Mechanic, Construction Mechanic).
• Proven experience in metalworking, ideally within construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or a related industry.
• Familiarity with working on electrical installations is a plus.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to work sites with a personal vehicle.
• Readiness for regular on-site assignments throughout Western Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and a motivated, self-directed work ethic.
