Job Description

This is an AI-driven solution supporting the mortgage team in determining whether foreclosure fee transactions are recoverable.
The project will convert the Bradley Matrix PDF document into an actionable fee-calculation system.
Must-Have Technical Skills
  • 10+ years of strong proficiency in scripting/programming languages, preferably Python, with experience in data processing and automation.
  • 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and triaging large, complex systems.
  • Strong Java and object-oriented design experience.
  • 5+ years of microservices development.
  • 3+ years of Spring Boot experience.
  • Hands-on experience building microservices-based applications using Spring Boot, REST, and JSON.
  • Experience with API development tools such as:
    • IntelliJ / Eclipse
    • Postman
    • Git
    • Cucumber
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, including:
    • Containers
    • Cloud
    • Automation
    • Security
    • Configuration management
    • CI/CD
  • Experience with streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka.
AI / GenAI Requirements
The project specifically requires experience with:
  • Python + FastAPI
  • Generative AI / GenAI
  • Prompt engineering
  • Azure / Azure OpenAI
  • AI-driven solutions
  • PDF/document parsing using GenAI
  • Developing APIs using Python and Azure OpenAI
  • Deploying solutions to Azure with scalability and resiliency

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the BL and Frame Tech teams to gather and define requirements.
  • Design and develop an AI-driven solution that converts the Bradley Matrix PDF into an actionable fee-calculation system.
  • Deploy the solution to Azure, ensuring scalability and resiliency.
  • Develop automated test cases and evaluations for the AI-driven solution.
  • Develop Python/Azure OpenAI APIs that integrate with the Frame UI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Looking for a strong technical lead/senior engineer who can bridge traditional software engineering with GenAI development. The strongest candidates will have deep Python/Java experience, microservices and Spring Boot expertise, Azure deployment experience, and hands-on experience building GenAI solutions using Python/FastAPI and Azure OpenAI.
Target: Strong Lead / cross-sub preferred.
Current pipeline: 1 sub; another strong candidate is needed.
