Title: Java Architect

Introduction: The Java Architect will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. This role will also involve driving AI-powered transformation initiatives, leveraging Agentic AI solutions and orchestration platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Define solution architecture, integration patterns, security standards, and scalability strategies.
• Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Establish best practices for coding, testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
• Architect and implement Agentic AI solutions leveraging Google OpenAI/OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and other AI technologies.
• Develop AI copilots, intelligent assistants, and enterprise knowledge agents.
• Provide hands-on coding support and technical leadership.
• Develop high-performance REST APIs using Spring Boot.
• Architect event-driven solutions using Kafka or other event streaming technologies.
• Guide teams through Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in solution or technical architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in Java 17+/21, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, Kafka/Event Streaming, SQL and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Google OpenAI/OpenAI APIs, LangChain or LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AI Agent orchestration frameworks, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, Vector Databases, AI Evaluation and Monitoring.
