Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Architect to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

Design solution architectures and technical blueprints that address business requirements, integration needs, security standards, and enterprise technology objectives.

Lead architecture and engineering workstreams focused on system modernization, process optimization, technology transformation, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to evaluate requirements, assess solution feasibility, define technical roadmaps, and oversee implementation quality.

Establish architectural standards and engineering best practices while supporting complex technical implementation, risk management, system reliability, and team collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:
10+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, and technology implementation, including hands-on application development, system integration, cloud-based solutions, and architectural design.
Technical Skills:
Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, Application Design, Cloud Computing, System Integration, API Development, Microservices, Database Design, Application Security, Agile Methodologies

Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting enterprise technology transformation initiatives, including the modernization of business applications, process optimization, and implementation of scalable technology solutions.

Experience designing and implementing architectures for audit platforms, data-intensive applications, and AI-enabled enterprise solutions, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives and operational requirements.

Experience translating business requirements into solution blueprints, application architecture options, integration designs, and technical roadmaps while coordinating business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.

Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing modern application architectures and cloud-based solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Knowledge of emerging technologies, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled application capabilities.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide distributed teams and manage changing priorities.
