Senior Tableau & ETL Developer - Hybrid (Weekly Once or Twice at Office)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tableau & ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reporting solutions, and robust data integration pipelines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Tableau, complex SQL, T-SQL, and enterprise reporting and ETL tools.

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in software development, business intelligence, reporting, data integration, or ETL development.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau, including dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting.
• 7+ years of experience with complex SQL, including query optimization, joins, subqueries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• 7+ years of experience with T-SQL and enterprise reporting/ETL tools, such as SSRS, SSIS, or Talend.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data transformation, data integration, and data quality management.
• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot data issues and optimize reporting and data processing performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce and related data integration requirements.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft integration technologies and enterprise application connectivity.
• Experience supporting legacy system modernization and migration projects.
• Knowledge of data mapping, data reconciliation, and data validation techniques.
