Business Recruiter

About the Role

Join a fast-growing applied AI company as a Business Recruiter, leading full-cycle hiring across business and operations functions. You will partner with recruiting leadership and executives to build the team and strengthen the hiring process.

What You'll Do

• Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing for roles in strategic projects, operations, and go-to-market.

• Build proactive candidate pipelines from finance, consulting, private equity, and technology talent pools.

• Partner with recruiting leaders and executives to define candidate profiles, prioritize searches, and run structured interviews.

• Develop and improve recruiting tools and processes, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing workflows, and offer closing.

• Monitor funnel metrics and conversion rates, then use the results to improve recruiting effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with 4 to 7 or more years preferred.

• Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting, including corporate in-house work.

• A track record owning full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close, ideally at a high-growth startup.

• Experience building pipelines for business, finance, consulting, private equity, operations, or go-to-market roles.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with founders and business leaders.

• High initiative, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California.
