IT Support Specialist (Level 2)

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist (Level 2) to provide hands-on technical support in a corporate environment. This position involves assisting employees with day-to-day technology needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting the overall IT environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable providing both onsite and remote support.

Location: Houston, TX Onsite Monday Friday

Type: 12 Months+ (Long-term Contract)

Compensation: $30-37 per hour W2, based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

• Provide onsite technical assistance to employees, along with remote support for users across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, application, connectivity, and general end-user technology issues.
• Support user accounts, devices, access permissions, and common business applications.
• Manage and document support requests, escalate complex issues when appropriate, and assist with routine IT administration.
• Partner with internal teams to maintain reliable technology services and deliver a positive end-user experience.

What Gets You the Job

• Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and collaboration tools.
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and general network connectivity.
• Working knowledge of IT ticketing systems, troubleshooting processes, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
