Part Time IT Support

Description
We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for end users in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a Part Time (16 hours) Contract position focused on resolving day-to-day hardware, software, and access issues while delivering responsive service in a Windows-based environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable troubleshooting desktop problems, managing user accounts, and keeping support requests organized through a ticketing system.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line assistance for desktop, laptop, and general workstation issues affecting end users. Diagnose and resolve problems related to Microsoft Windows environments, including Windows 10 systems. Administer user access and account updates within Active Directory to support daily business operations. Record, prioritize, and follow through on service desk requests to ensure timely issue resolution. Perform basic troubleshooting for software, hardware, and connectivity concerns escalated by employees.

Set up, configure, and maintain end-user devices to support productivity and system reliability. Requirements
Experience supporting users in a help desk or desktop support capacity. Working knowledge of Active Directory for account maintenance and access support. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, including hands-on experience with Windows 10. Ability to troubleshoot common desktop, software, and user access issues independently. Familiarity with managing and updating service desk tickets in an organized manner.
