Salary: $100,000 - 120,000 + profit sharing

About The Opportunity:

\n

Join a growing organization in the construction industry, where reliable ERP systems support complex projects, field operations, and business growth. This onsite opportunity will help maintain a Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment while supporting migration to Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will partner with accounting, operations, IT, and project teams to strengthen system performance and support users across the organization.

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Provide day-to-day end-user support across general ledger, job costing, field service, purchasing, payables, receivables, inventory, and payroll modules.
\n
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central.
\n
• Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close and reporting cycles.
\n
• Analyze, document, and resolve ERP issues, coordinating with business users and technical teams to identify root causes.
\n
• Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
\n
• Create user documentation and deliver training to improve adoption and process consistency.
\n
• Support ERP onboarding for acquisitions, including data migration, system configuration, and end-user training.
\n
• Collaborate with IT, accounting, operations, and project management teams to improve system reliability and processes.

Must-Have Skills:

\n

\n
• Four or more years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience, including troubleshooting and user support.
\n
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and customized NAV or Business Central environments.
\n
• Working understanding of financial, operational, and job costing modules.
\n
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
\n
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
\n
• Background in accounting, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
\n

Nice-to-Have Skills:

\n

\n
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV versions 3.x–2009.
\n
• Experience with Project Pro and Payroll NOW by Integrity Data, or Serenic/Sylogist Payroll.
\n
• Proficiency with Object Designer.
\n
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central certifications.
\n
• Experience supporting ERP upgrades, integrations, data migrations, and acquisition onboarding.
