UI/UX Designer Charlotte, NC

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design UI/UX solutions, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and UX analysis.
• Create responsive and accessible designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guides.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders.
• Convert business and functional requirements into effective user experiences.
• Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Apply User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design principles.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work in a fast-paced product environment.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
• Strong experience with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience with User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Usability Testing, and Interaction Design.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
