Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Consultant to provide strategic and technical advisory services around AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. The role will focus on identifying relevant AI opportunities, assessing customer readiness and existing capabilities, and guiding customers on the effective adoption and optimization of AI within their ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

·         Deliver consulting and advisory engagements focused on AI capabilities within ServiceNow.

·         Conduct customer workshops, discovery sessions, readiness assessments, and use-case discussions.

·         Understand customer business and operational challenges and identify opportunities where AI can deliver measurable value.

·         Advise customers on ServiceNow AI, GenAI, automation, and intelligent workflow capabilities.

·         Assess existing platform capabilities, processes, governance, and organizational readiness for AI adoption.

·         Provide recommendations on AI use-case prioritization, adoption, governance, and optimization.

·         Review existing AI-enabled processes and recommend opportunities for improvement.

·         Help customers establish practical roadmaps for expanding AI adoption across the ServiceNow platform.

·         Provide expert guidance to customer architects, platform owners, business stakeholders, and leadership teams.

·         Deliver assessment reports, advisory recommendations, maturity findings, and executive-level readouts.

·         Participate in governance reviews and ongoing customer advisory discussions.

·         Stay current with evolving ServiceNow AI capabilities and industry trends.

Mandatory Requirements

·         Strong ServiceNow platform consulting and advisory experience.

·         Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, automation, and intelligent workflow concepts.

·         Ability to translate customer business challenges into relevant ServiceNow AI use cases and recommendations.

·         Strong executive communication, consulting, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

·         ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory

·         ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory
