Minimum years of experience required: 12 years of total years, 8+ years of relevant experience

Certification needed: Not mandatory, but good to have Oracle Cloud EPM ARCS or FCCS

Must Have Skills:

• Oracle EPM ARCS
• Oracle EPM FCCS
• Oracle EPM Narrative Reporting

Nice to have skills:

• Other EPM modules

Detailed Job Description:

• Provide production support for Oracle EPM applications including ARCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, service requests, and application performance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis RCA for recurring issues and work with L3 team for implementing the fix.
• Troubleshoot data load failures, reconciliation issues, consolidation errors, and reporting failures.
• Support security, user provisioning, workflow, and approval process issues.
• Monitor and support integrations between Oracle ERP, EPM, and external systems.
• Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
