Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage multiple IT projects from initiation through implementation and production support. The ideal candidate should have strong project governance, Jira, technical coordination, stakeholder management, and third-party vendor management experience.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.

  • Experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously, from planning to production go-live.

  • Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, resource management, dependencies, risks, and issue tracking.

  • Hands-on experience with Jira for tracking epics, stories, tasks, defects, milestones, and delivery progress.

  • Experience coordinating with development, architecture, infrastructure, QA, security, operations, and production support teams.

  • Strong experience in project governance, RAID logs, status reporting, and executive stakeholder communication.

  • Experience managing application integrations, APIs, technical dependencies, and third-party vendors.

  • Experience with testing, release planning, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
