Required Skills
10+ years of extensive experience in leading large, complex projects
PMP and/or comparable project management certifications
Experience with Planview or other PPM tools (Clarity, HP PPM, etc.).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visio
Experience with plan review processes and construction documentation workflows; familiarity with NJDCA permitting processes preferred
Experience with AutoCAD and CSI-format documents (review-level experience acceptable).
Experience as primary liaison between sponsor, stakeholders, team members, and vendors.
Experience in managing project delivery based on staffing (resource) and financial constraints.
