Google Dialogflow Developer (Voice & Chat)

job summary:

We are seeking a skilled Google Dialogflow Developer for an exciting software modernization project. In this role, you will focus on migrating and upgrading existing conversational AI solutions from Google Dialogflow to Google Conversational Agents (GECX). You will work closely with engineering teams to design, configure, and deploy next-generation voice and chat functionalities.

responsibilities:

• Lead the technical migration from Google Dialogflow to Google Conversational Agents (GECX)
• Build, configure, and optimize custom chatbot functionalities within the GECX platform
• Participate in solution design reviews, technical planning, and troubleshooting throughout migration
• Assist with production deployment, integration testing, and technical documentation

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow and conversational AI platforms

Proven background in Custom Application Development and Software Engineering

Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deploy enterprise voice/chat solutions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience with Google Conversational Agents (GECX) migrations

Domain experience in Health & Public Service environments

Strong background in backend API integration and system modernization
