Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot ecosystem to design build and deploy custom AI agents across Copilot Studio Declarative Agents and Microsoft 365 Copilot
• The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in building enterprise grade conversational agents integrating them with business systems and leveraging Generative AI LLMs RAG for intelligent automation
• This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders architects and engineering teams to deliver scalable secure and productionready AIpowered solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents using Copilot Studio including
• Topics triggers entities variables and conversation flows
• Create and manage Declarative Agents in M365 Copilot
• Configure instructions grounding and scoped knowledge
• Extend Microsoft 365 Copilot with custom agents and plugins
• Build RAGbased agent architectures

Integrate agents with

• Power Automate flows
• Power Apps Dataverse
• External APIs and enterprise systems
• Optimize agent responses for Accuracy fallback handling escalation scenarios
• Ensure security governance and data compliance standards

Must Have Skills:

• Must have 10+ years experience in Power Platform
• Power Automate cloud flows connectors approvals
• Power Apps Canvas apps Modeldriven apps
• Power Pages development
• HTML Liquid Scripts JavaScript Bootstrap CSS
• Dataverse Schema relationships security model

Must have strong hands on experience with:

• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Microsoft 365 Copilot customization agents
• Declarative Agents M365 Copilot extensibility
• Experience building conversational agents using Topics orchestration logic generative responses

Strong understanding of:

• LLM
• RetrievalAugmented Generation RAG
• Prompt engineering grounding strategies
• Experience in Agent orchestration patterns and evaluation

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Functions Logic Apps
• Experience building multichannel agents Teams Web etc
• Azure OpenAI integration
• Dynamics 365 CRM Form Customizations Ribbon Customization Scripting CRM Web API
