: Fund Finance Associate Attorney (3-6+ Years)
Direct Counsel is representing a top-tier law firm seeking an experienced
Fund Finance Associate to join their growing Fund Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-6+ years of relevant experience and will work with a wide range of clients, including leading banks, asset managers, and lending institutions.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in complex and high-profile transactions, including syndicated lending, commercial lending, leverage finance, fund formation, CLOs, asset-based lending, NAV financings, and acquisition financings. Provide legal support on a variety of fund finance transactions, including syndicated lending, NAV financings, and fund formation. Work on complex financing arrangements and interact with clients in the banking and asset management sectors. Collaborate with senior attorneys to structure and negotiate financing deals for institutional clients.

Draft and review key financing documents, including loan agreements and security arrangements.
3-6+ years of relevant experience in fund finance, syndicated lending, leverage finance, CLOs, or similar areas.

~ Excellent academic credentials and a proven track record at a top law firm.
~ Strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
