Job description

A leading tire manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team!

This is an incredible opportunity to join a wonderful company, that boasts phenomenal results for their clients, while also providing a positive and supportive work environment for their team!

This position is 100% remote and candidates may live anywhere in the Southeast region of the US.

This is an individual production position and will not be managing a team.

Regional Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in the tire manufacturing industry (not wholesale or retail)
  • 6+ years of New Business Development experience and identifying growth opportunities
  • Experience selling TBR and PLT (both are ideal)
  • Experience selling container programs
  • Existing Book of Business and relationships with clients who would buy tires
  • Proficiency in lead generation and building sales pipelines - Must have a hunter mentality!
  • Strong skills in contract negotiation, overturning objections and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding target
  • Ability to travel 50%+ as needed for in-person customer meetings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
