5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration and engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows 365 and Microsoft Intune.
Experience supporting enterprise users and complex Microsoft cloud environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
Certifications Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Other relevant Microsoft 365 / Azure certifications.
