BA/Tech Analyst

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a BA Tech Analyst
 
Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Charlotte, NC/ Pennington, NJ/ Kennesaw, GA
 
As a BA Tech Analyst, you will:
BA Tech Analyst responsible for business and system requirements analysis, translating stakeholder needs into actionable specifications, and supporting solution design across complex initiatives.
 
Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience evaluating use cases, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into clear technical specifications; domain knowledge in Commercial Credit Pricing, Spreading, Underwriting, or other Enterprise Credit areas.
• Expert user of AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, Copilot.
• Significant experience working in Agile / SAFe environments

• Ability to understand business needs, align diverse groups toward common goals, and clearly articulate problems and proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Credit business and technology teams to elicit, define, and validate requirements that meet business needs.
• Proactively manage, communicate, and escalate risks to support successful project implementation.
