Job Description

Marriott is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our hotel sales team in driving revenue and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. In this role, you will prepare proposals and contracts, maintain CRM data and reports, and coordinate site visits, group bookings, and client communications. You will partner closely with operations, events, and front office teams to ensure seamless execution of meetings and stays. Responsibilities

  • Support hotel sales team with proposals, contracts, and group reservations
  • Maintain sales databases, reports, and CRM records accurately

  • Liaise with operations, front office, and catering to ensure smooth execution
