The Role

• Represent a premium brand at retail stores, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with potential customers and generate interest in high-quality window and door solutions.
• Convert conversations into qualified leads by scheduling in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up and maintain professional, eye-catching product displays.
• Prepare and manage presentations and collateral for events.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation for travel to various retail locations and events.
• A naturally outgoing personality with a passion for starting conversations and connecting with new people.
• Comfort with standing and moving during shifts, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs for display setup.
• Confidence in handling interactions and a positive approach to engaging with potential customers.
• A smartphone and the flexibility to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
