As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading one of the most important departments in our dealership. Inspire, motivate, and develop a championship-caliber sales team. Recruit, train, and mentor future automotive professionals. Drive new vehicle sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Work alongside dealership leadership to achieve aggressive growth goals. Manage inventory and manufacturer programs.
