Reagent Technical Sales Specialist (TSS R)

This position focuses on driving reagent and consumables revenue growth within Waters' Biosciences division. The specialist combines technical expertise in reagents with customer engagement to optimize laboratory workflows, identify expansion opportunities, and support long-term product adoption across the installed base. Close collaboration with account and instrument teams ensures sustainable commercial growth.

Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise in reagents and consumables applications to laboratory customers
Identify workflow gaps and develop opportunities for reagent expansion and optimization
Drive consumables pull-through and recurring reagent revenue within assigned territory
Partner with Account Managers and Instrument Specialists on coordinated customer engagement strategies
Support assay development and deliver scientific consultation to maximize customer outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related scientific field
Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills
Experience in scientific, technical sales, applications, or laboratory roles
Ability to translate technical knowledge into practical customer value
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Experience with reagents and consumables product lines (preferred)
Background in flow cytometry or related applications (preferred)
