10+ years of experience in US entity compliance and board support in the context of an Asset Manager

Preferable experience working in a large law firm or other service provider

Experience with HCue as an entity management platform

Knowledge of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle within an healthcare or large corporate organization and cross functional dependencies for entity compliance
