Business Analyst Legal

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and implement enterprise Legal/Corporate Systems. The ideal candidate will partner with Legal stakeholders to gather requirements, drive Agile delivery, configure and support applications, manage testing/UAT, and provide ongoing production support.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Business Analyst supporting Legal, Compliance, Risk, or Corporate functions.
• Experience with Legal Technology such as iManage, OneTrust, LogicGate, or similar platforms.
• Strong requirements gathering, workflow/process modeling, solution design, UAT, application support, and troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Dynamics 365, and/or Copilot.
• Experience with Product Management and Project Management.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and excellent senior stakeholder communication/facilitation skills.
• Experience creating application support guides and end-user training materials.
• Media & Entertainment experience is a plus.

Must be willing to work onsite in Los Angeles 3 days per week.
