Position Summary

Applied Materials is seeking a highly experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Reverse Value Chain, Toolkit Management, and Advanced Return Management (ARM). The ideal candidate will possess strong SAP ABAP development skills, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, and a proven background delivering enterprise SAP solutions within semiconductor manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions for Reverse Logistics, Returns Management, Repair & Refurbishment, and Toolkit Management.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable techno-functional SAP solutions.
• Configure and support SAP ARM, MM, SD, LE, and QM modules, including Quality Notification processes.
• Design and develop ABAP enhancements, reports, interfaces, workflows, user exits, BAdIs, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, developers, and offshore/onshore resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive solution delivery including testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and post-production support.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize reverse supply chain business processes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of SAP techno-functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP development.
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA and at least one end-to-end HANA transformation/implementation project.
• Strong functional knowledge of:
• Advanced Return Management (ARM)
• Reverse Logistics & Returns Processing
• Toolkit / Asset Management
• SAP MM, SD, LE & QM
• Quality Notifications
• Experience working in semiconductor manufacturing organizations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
