Job Description
GovCIO LLC seeks a ServiceNow Developer to build and enhance modern IT solutions for federal agencies. In this mission-driven, agile environment, you'll design and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and Service Portal experiences, integrating with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP. You'll collaborate with architects, product owners, and government stakeholders to refine requirements, implement secure and scalable features, and support upgrades. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure Service
- Now applications, modules, and customizations
- Implement and maintain Service
- Now workflows, Flow Designer, and automation scripts
- Build and support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and federal stakeholders to refine requirements
- Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance problems
- Contribute to Service
- Now roadmap, upgrades, and new feature adoption
