This role will work closely with IT leadership, infrastructure teams, application teams, business stakeholders, and third-party partners to coordinate the technology components of two major acquisitions. The Project Manager will help gather and define requirements, coordinate infrastructure and application integration activities, manage dependencies across teams, and keep projects moving toward successful implementation.

The ideal candidate brings strong IT project management fundamentals along with enough technical understanding to effectively coordinate infrastructure, application, and integration work. This person will manage multiple initiatives and workstreams while maintaining clear communication, documentation, timelines, and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead IT project planning and execution for two major acquisition initiatives, with a focus on infrastructure and technology integration
  • Coordinate infrastructure activities required to onboard and integrate acquired organizations into existing technology operations
  • Manage projects involving the integration of existing applications with third-party systems and services
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with business, infrastructure, application, and technical stakeholders
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear project deliverables, milestones, and action items
  • Coordinate multiple IT teams and resources to ensure dependencies, deliverables, and timelines remain aligned
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, status reports, and supporting documentation
  • Track project risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and resource requirements through completion
  • Facilitate project meetings and working sessions with technical teams, business stakeholders, Directors, Vice Presidents, and external partners
  • Coordinate infrastructure, application, data, integration, and user-readiness activities throughout project implementation
  • Maintain clear visibility into project status, upcoming milestones, risks, and items requiring escalation
  • Adjust project plans and priorities as requirements evolve while maintaining alignment with business objectives
  • Support end-to-end project delivery, including requirements, planning, implementation, testing coordination, deployment, and transition to ongoing operations
  • Contribute to additional enterprise technology initiatives, including potential CRM implementation work

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience managing IT or technology projects
  • Experience delivering infrastructure, systems integration, application integration, or other technology implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of SDLC concepts and technology project lifecycles
  • Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements
  • Experience coordinating multiple technical teams and workstreams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Ability to identify project risks and dependencies and proactively coordinate solutions
  • Comfortable facilitating meetings, driving action items, and maintaining accountability across project teams
  • Strong documentation and project reporting skills
  • Experience with project management and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, ProjectManager.com, or equivalent

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing acquisition, merger, or organizational technology integration projects
  • Infrastructure integration experience involving networks, systems, applications, users, or enterprise services
  • Experience with data integration or software integration initiatives
  • Experience coordinating projects involving third-party applications or technology providers
  • Dynamics CRM experience
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or staggered project workstreams
  • Experience working across both technical and business functions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
