Job Description

Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an enterprise migration from Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition to Oracle Recruiting Cloud. This individual will manage the initiative from planning through post-go-live stabilization, partnering with HR, HRIS, IT, executive leadership, and an external implementation vendor.

Responsibilities:

  • Own project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and milestones

  • Establish governance, change control, escalation, and decision-making processes

  • Manage the external implementation vendor and coordinate internal SMEs

  • Lead executive status reporting and steering committee meetings

  • Coordinate Taleo data migration, validation, and mock conversions

  • Oversee SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover, go-live, and Hypercare

  • Drive timely decisions and accountability across multiple workstreams

Required Skills:

  • End-to-end HR system implementation project management experience

  • Experience leading complex initiatives across HR, IT, and external vendors

  • Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and hiring workflows

  • Strong command of project plans, RAID logs, resource plans, status reports, and executive dashboards

  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods

  • Oracle HCM Cloud experience strongly preferred

  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Taleo migration experience are major pluses
