Automation Solutions Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Pittsburgh, PA that is seeking an Automation Solutions Lead to identify, evaluate, and drive automation initiatives within a regulated environment. This role will partner with operations, engineering, quality, and business stakeholders to develop automation strategies that improve productivity, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and support long-term operational goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Automation, or a related field
* 10+ years of experience is preferred
* Experience evaluating and implementing automation technologies, robotics, material handling systems, inspection technologies, or related solutions
* Experience supporting automation programs, pilots, or operational technology projects
* Demonstrated ability to build business cases and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
