Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Scientists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Analyze and validate healthcare and risk adjustment data to identify trends, discrepancies, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Develop, modify, and test data queries and analytical code to support data analysis, reporting, and business requirements.
3. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other technical stakeholders to validate data processing logic and ensure analytical outputs are accurate and reliable.
4. Document analytical findings, testing results, data issues, and recommendations while supporting ongoing improvements to data quality and analytical processes.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	Experience in data analysis and analytics, including hands-on SQL and Python coding for data development, testing, validation, and analysis.
Technical Skills	SQL, Python, data analysis, data validation, data querying, data testing, data quality, data manipulation, analytical programming, reporting and analytics.
Business / Domain Skills	Experience supporting Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and federal healthcare programs, including healthcare data, risk adjustment, program analytics, and regulatory reporting environments. Experience analyzing healthcare risk adjustment data and business processes, including member, diagnosis, claims, and related healthcare information used for risk adjustment analytics. Experience analyzing and validating healthcare data and analytical outputs, identifying data quality issues, reconciling results, and supporting accurate risk adjustment reporting and decision-making. Experience collaborating with data teams, healthcare business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate analytical requirements into data solutions and support data development and testing activities.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
