Hybrid, .NET Architect - Only W2

Job Description:

* 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years as a Software Architect.

* Expert in .NET 8+, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and C# development.

* Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern web application development.

* Extensive experience designing and implementing cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, AKS).

* Deep knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Cosmos DB/NoSQL databases.

* Expertise in Microservices Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and CQRS design patterns.

* Strong experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

* Ability to architect secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performance enterprise applications.

* Lead and mentor teams of 5–10 developers, including code reviews and technical guidance.

* Define engineering standards, architecture patterns, and development best practices.

* Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Hands-on technical leader with agile team leadership experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
