Oralce Customer Care and Billing
Location - NYC, NY (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)
Duration - 12+ Months
Key Responsibilities
Configure core CC&B V-entities (Person, Account, Premises, Service Point, Service Agreement) and rate engines.
Write and maintain batch programs, algorithms, UI Maps, Business Objects/Maintenance Objects (BO/MO), change handlers, and service scripts using Java, HQL, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Integrate CC&B with operational systems such as Meter Data Management (MDM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Work and Asset Management (WAM), and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
Diagnose batch failures, resolve billing discrepancies, manage interface errors, and support post-go-live operations.
Gather business requirements, translate them into functional design documents (FDD) and technical design documents (TDD), and execute end-to-end testing.
