The Role • Foster a genuine safety culture by promoting employee well-being and leadership accountability. • Advocate for a positive employee experience, identifying and escalating risks to drive engagement. • Participate in the development and execution of department goals and advise management on policy interpretation and application. • Execute communication and change campaigns for strategic HR and business priorities. • Lead employee relations investigations, summarizing findings and providing recommendations. • Support recruitment, staffing, retention strategies, onboarding, and performance management processes. What You'll Need • Minimum 6 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a professional (non-administrative) role. • Proven experience consulting with and advising management teams. • Strong foundation in core HR fundamentals and employment legislation (ADA, FMLA, EEOC, FLSA, Title VII). • Working knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and excellent presentation skills. • Prior employee relations experience and experience in a collective bargaining environment preferred. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; SHRM certification is desirable.
