Pour notre département Airline Quality & Compliance au sein de Flight Operations, nous recherchons un(e):

Quality & Compliance Manager Ground Ops (m/f/x)

Missions :

• Verify & support the implementation of legal requirements in the assigned area of responsibility
• Perform internal and external quality audits/inspections according to the audit plan
• Supervise all manuals, procedures, forms and instructions; verify the conformity, before their implementation, and their pertinence to the regulations
• Update the quality indicators of the concerned department according to current legal and internal regulations in force
• Provide assistance to Authorities audits and provide assistance to Customer audits
• Support the concerned department in revising documentation
• Participate in the review and revision of Quality Manual
• Fulfil other special tasks and projects e.g. audit IATA pool
• Check & update the qualifications of the Technics certifying staff & issue their qualification cards, depending on the scope of activity

Profil requis:

Critères minimaux requis pour le poste

• Be holder of a bachelor degree (BAC +3) or equivalent
• Have a proven experience of minimum 5 years in the area of activity
• Provide knowledge of regulations applicable to the area of activity
• Show a good team spirit
• Accept frequent Duty Travel
• Be familiar with standard office applications
• Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written)

• Be self-disciplined, very exact and organised
• Be autonomous and flexible
• Must provide an effort in the undeveloped language
• Be trained as a qualified auditor
• Show user skills in the tools used in the Quality Assurance department
• Mandatory recurrent training according to the area of activity
• Maintain the strict confidentiality of the data

Candidat idéal

• Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
