Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer M/F - Corporate Banking

International Corporate Bank in Luxembourg is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer to join the Compliance function and work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer.

Long-term succession opportunity: the position offers a clear path to broader management responsibilities within the Compliance function.

The role is primarily focused on regulatory compliance, including:

1. CRD/CRR framework
2. MiFID requirements
3. Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP)
4. CSSF, ECB and EBA regulations
5. Regulatory change management
6. Direct interaction with regulators and external auditors
7. Advisory support to senior management and business teams

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the bank's regulatory framework, assessing new regulatory requirements, overseeing compliance risks, and supporting regulatory inspections and supervisory interactions.

Requirements

1. 7/10 YOE in Regulatory Compliance within banking
2. Strong knowledge of Luxembourg and European banking regulations
3. Proven experience with CSSF interactions and regulatory projects
4. Experience within a Corporate Banking environment preferred
5. Background in Second Line of Defence (LOD2)
