The Role

• Manufacture and install high-quality sheet metal components, including ventilation systems and internal fittings.
• Interpret engineering drawings to measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials using a range of tools.
• Produce accurate and well-finished work that meets required standards and quality expectations.
• Apply practical problem-solving skills to resolve manufacturing and installation issues.
• Work collaboratively within a skilled team to ensure a safe environment and reliable installations.

What You'll Need

• Hold a recognised Modern Apprenticeship, Trade Papers, or SVQ/NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
• Bring experience from construction, manufacturing, marine, or other practical engineering environments.
• Possess an understanding of SHE and COSHH requirements, following safe working practices.
• Demonstrate solid attention to detail and craftsmanship skills for accurate, high-quality work.
• Ability to work with engineering drawings to measure, cut, shape, and assemble components accurately and safely.
