The Role

• Manufacture and install high-quality sheet metal components, including ventilation systems and internal fittings.
• Interpret engineering drawings to accurately measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials.
• Produce well-finished work that consistently meets required standards and quality expectations.
• Apply practical problem-solving skills to resolve manufacturing and installation challenges.
• Collaborate within a skilled team to ensure safe working environments and reliable installations.

What You'll Need

• Hold a recognised Modern Apprenticeship, Trade Papers, or SVQ/NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
• Possess experience in construction, manufacturing, marine, or other practical engineering environments.
• Demonstrate understanding of SHE and COSHH requirements, adhering to safe working practices and training.
• Proficient in working with engineering drawings to measure, cut, shape, and assemble components accurately and safely.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and craftsmanship skills for high-quality work.
