  • PeopleSoft Security Auditing: Experience reviewing PeopleSoft security tables and access records, analyzing security changes, validating user and role assignments, and coordinating with database administrators to audit access to sensitive database tables. Knowledge of Oracle Fine-Grained Auditing (FGA) is preferred.
  • Production and Environment Security: Experience managing security across production, development, test, and staging environments. Ability to validate security configurations, identify inappropriate access, and ensure sensitive production data is appropriately protected in non-production environments.
  • Workflow and Access Approvals: Experience reviewing and improving access request workflows, approval processes, manager access, employee timesheet access, and security-related operational procedures. Ability to identify process gaps and recommend automation and standardization improvements.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Ability to independently investigate complex PeopleSoft access issues involving roles, permission lists, query access, row-level security, user profiles, and application authorization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Technical Documentation and Collaboration: Ability to document security procedures, audit findings, access control reviews, and remediation plans. Must collaborate effectively with PeopleSoft functional teams, developers, DBAs, internal auditors, and cybersecurity teams.

Additional Skills and Information:

Strong hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft security administration, HCM and FSCM security, roles and permission lists, Query Manager, Query Access Groups, row-level security, PII protection, access reviews, security reporting, and audit compliance. Experience supporting large enterprise PeopleSoft environments with complex security requirements is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
