Job description

PLM Program Manager & Onsite Coordinator

Location: East Syracuse, NY |

Required:

  • Customers want candidates with PLM experience.
  • BS/MS in engineering with 9 years experience in PLM and PTC: Windchill PLM, ArborText Content, BOM transformation, and change management.
  • Experience in Windchill PLM as Windchill technical architect to customers, project life management systems, product data, and networking systems.
  • Experienced with Windchill 13.0/13.1; customizations of ACLs, lifecycles, workflows, infotasks, webjects, OIRs, actions.
  • Experienced in Windchill PLM/PDMLink and PTC product suite.
  • Knowledge/use of Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, XML for Windchill modification.
  • Experienced developing solutions for Windchill applications and resolving key issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Capable of managing a team of 25+ with different skills, mentoring for functionality and features.
  • Capable of interfacing customers, coordinating status updates, enhancements, deployments, live supports.
  • Experienced conducting weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings and generating status reports for senior management.
  • Experience in resource planning and allocation.
  • Support creating proposals and SOWs, effort estimation, project plans using MPP and Visio flow diagrams.
