We are seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs. In this role, you will align multiple related projects with business goals, manage cross-team dependencies, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, possesses strong leadership and communication skills, and has a proven track record of bringing clarity to ambiguous initiatives.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• 10+ years total number of experience required.

• Deep expertise in project and program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks).

• Proficiency with industry-standard project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Confluence, MS Project).

• Experience creating program roadmaps, capacity plans, risk matrices, and status dashboards.

• Ability to build consensus, lead without direct authority, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executive leadership vs. technical teams.
• Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans.
