The Sales Analyst, Walmart Team turns retailer and market data into commercial insights that directly shape growth across iconic beauty brands. As our Sales Analyst, Walmart Team, you are responsible for sales analytics, commercial insights and customer partnership. You will support the Walmart account and partner with National Account Managers, Sales Directors and the Insights & Analytics lead.

Using retailer, syndicated and internal data, you will identify business trends, competitive activity and future sales opportunities across Coty Beauty brands in cosmetics, nail and fragrance. You will translate analysis into clear recommendations that strengthen assortment, promotions, forecasting, inventory and customer plans. Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting using retailer POS and loyalty data, Scintilla, and syndicated Nielsen/IRI data.

Analyze in-store and online account and category trends, competitive activity, social strategies, displays and digital performance to identify growth opportunities. Evaluate modular resets, assortment productivity and promotional effectiveness, including SKU velocity, space-to-sales, shelf capacity, Rollbacks, features, displays and media. Translate insights into customer-ready recommendations and presentations for line reviews, Joint Business Planning, Quarterly Business Reviews and other customer meetings.

Improve reporting, forecasting and inventory decisions by establishing best practices, developing ad hoc analysis and monitoring the progress of submitted strategies. The role is part of Coty’s Bentonville/Rogers-based Walmart sales office and works closely with analytics, finance, space management and CPFR, as well as Trade Marketing, Wall Strategy and Brand teams.

The team combines strong analytical capability, customer focus, collaboration and disciplined follow-through. Bachelor's degree.
~1-3 years of related national customer experience, including demonstrated success in sales reporting, trade marketing or CPG analytics.
~ Experience using Scintilla and syndicated data platforms such as Nielsen or IRI.
~ Sound judgment and decision-making capability, with a customer- and team-centric approach, P&L awareness and a growth mindset. Experience analyzing retailer POS and loyalty data across in-store and digital channels.

Exposure to assortment, modular reset, promotional effectiveness, forecasting, inventory or customer P&L analysis.
