QA - Test Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in QA Leadership, Jira Administration, Test Automation, and AI-driven Testing. The ideal candidate will lead testing initiatives, define quality strategies, manage teams, drive automation adoption, and leverage AI technologies to improve testing efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage QA teams across multiple projects.

· Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and quality metrics.

· Drive end-to-end testing activities including Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and UAT testing.

· Manage Agile ceremonies and coordinate with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Stakeholders.

· Configure and manage Jira, workflows, dashboards, reports, and defect management processes.

· Establish and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.

· Drive automation initiatives using modern automation frameworks.

· Integrate testing activities with CI/CD pipelines.

· Leverage AI-powered testing tools for test case generation, defect prediction, test optimization, and reporting.

· Track project quality metrics and present status updates to leadership.

· ISTQB Certification (Preferred).
